Our Beef

Our beef is raised on our family farm and processed at Weaver Meats in Afton, Iowa, a USDA-inspected facility. Every cut is vacuum-sealed or freezer-wrapped, labeled, and frozen so it’s ready for your freezer.

We sell beef by the pound, which means final bundle weights vary slightly. Pricing is based on the actual finished weight after processing — just like buying directly from the locker.

This approach keeps things honest and transparent, and ensures you’re paying for exactly what you receive.
